The Parent-School Communication Log gives you one organized place to maintain a running record of your communication with your child’s school team.
Use it to document:
- The date of each communication
- The name and role of the person contacted
- Whether the communication occurred by telephone, email, written note, or meeting
- The topic or concern discussed
- Information or decisions shared
- Whether follow-up is needed
